What is Wish Upon a Spa?
Wish Upon a Spa is a children's pamper party experience based in Exmouth. We specialise in creating magical, fun-filled spa-style parties for children, complete with mini makeovers, robes, music, glitter, and more!
What ages are the parties suitable for?
Our pamper parties are perfect for children aged 4 to 12, though we can tailor packages depending on age group and preferences.
Where are you based?
Our spa party shop is open:
Fridays: 4:00pm–8:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am–8:00pm
Sundays: 10:00am–6:00pm
We are located at 78a Exeter Road, Exmouth, EX8 1PZ
🎉 Booking & Packages
How do I book a party?
You can book via our website or send us a message on Instagram @wishuponaspa. We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
What’s included in a pamper party?
Take a look at the 'our parties' section to find a full breakdown of what is included in every package!
How many children can attend?
Our standard party packages accommodate up to 10 children. We can accommodate up to ten children for an additional fee – just ask!
How long do parties last?
Parties are 90 minutes to 2 hours long depending on the package.
Do you require a deposit?
We have several payment options available for you! You can pay a deposit and send the remainder at least 7 days before the party, pay in full at the time of booking or utilise one of our pay now pay later partnerships to pay in instalments. Note, all deposits are non-refundable.

Do you provide food or cake?
Each party is tailored to you! We can either provide food or you can, it's that simple!
Can parents stay during the party?
Absolutely! But we do ask for this to only be the party child's grown-up plus one other due to space restrictions. We have Teas & Coffees available to purchase in store and a small seating area for the grown-up who stays!
What should the children wear?
Comfy clothes are best! We'll provide robes and headbands during pampering.
Do you cater for allergies or special needs?
Yes, it's very important to us to create equality in our space. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the experience safe and inclusive for everyone.

Can you come to my home or another venue?
We host parties exclusively at our spa shop to keep the experience magical, controlled, and mess-free for parents!
Do you offer party bags or extras?
Yes! We offer cute add-ons like party bags, tiaras, and spa-themed gifts. These can be added during booking.
Do you offer sibling discounts or referral bonuses?
We love to reward our loyal customers – follow us on Instagram, facebook or TikTok for the latest offers and deals!
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks ahead.
