Welcome to Wish Upon a Spa! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a party or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Wish Upon a Spa provides children's pamper party experiences at the below venue:

2. Bookings

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking and Wish Upon A Spa will hold a  non-refundable deposit of £100.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment and a confirmation email from us.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before your party, any balance paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party will not be refunded.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule where possible.

  • You can rearrange the party date due to unforeseen circumstances free of charge if more than 72 hours notice is given.

4. Guest Numbers & Ages

  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.

  • Packages are priced based on a set number of children. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

  • Our services are suitable for children aged 3-13 unless otherwise agreed.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs in advance.

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot be held responsible for reactions to products used during treatments.

  • We use child-friendly products and aim to ensure all activities are age-appropriate and safe.

  • A responsible adult must be present for home-based parties.

6. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to stop services or end the party early if behaviour becomes unsafe or inappropriate.

  • Any damage to our equipment or materials caused by guests may be charged to the client.

7. Photography

  • We will only take photos during parties for marketing purposes (e.g. social media or website) with your consent.

  • We will never share photos without parental consent. You may opt out via our booking form at the time of booking.

8. Liability

  • We are fully insured with public liability insurance.

  • Wish Upon a Spa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during the party unless due to our proven negligence.

9. Website Use

  • All content on this website (including branding, images, and text) is owned by Wish Upon a Spa.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

​

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
